The motors are totally enclosed with self fan cooling.The unique cooling air circuit system keep the cooling air flowing on the surface,which stops polluted cooling air into the motor and protects stator windings,bearing or other key components from corrosion.It reduces the life cycle costs of motors(LCC) by means of prolonging the relubrication period and decreasing the possibility of breakdown to zero because of the insulation materials polluted.
Sole cycle passage and best flowing route for cooling air reduce the noise of motors by 3~5dBA compared with IEC Standard.
Optimized cooling system design(such as the shape and dimension of fan and ventilation passage) ensures high cooling effect so that the output per unit volume of totally enclosed motors reaches the level of defended motors.
